We identify, quantify and qualify the brand landscape, the positioning, the target market share, the perceived image, the differentiating aspects as well as the added value.
Our business plans have a triple objective:
First, they analyse in-depth every aspect of our client’s business and company.
Second, they present a strategic plan on a 3 or 5 years basis that serves as a frame and reference.
Third, they can be presented to investors, banks or governmental organisations in order to obtain financing, investments or even subventions.
Most of our business plans do also include a precise financial plan.
As the business plan is presenting a long-term vision, the operative plan is about how to implement the strategy and is therefore mainly focusing on the short and mid-term.
The operative plans are action plans where we define the next steps to undertake, the target markets as well as how and when to enter them.
